    Went okay, I am getting shin splints. :( grrrr. Will have to probably repeat days 1, 2, and 3 next week because I am having breathing issues from a cold

      Shin splints? noooooooo Hmm...not sure I would repeat. Would you feel comfortable just moving forward even though it's a struggle with the breathing? OH..when you are in town, would you want to come out to the house and we get in a short run? :)
