It's year-round. Mooloo HHH is one of around 2200 worldwide groups, in 130 countries. It started in 1936 in KualaLumpa as a group that met for a run, then a social drink afterwards.

Thanks, but Ironman ride is 180km, then run a marathon, these rides will be getting longer over Winter! Brrrr

haha, sounds like me running the MTB track first few times, kept stopping to look for arrows to make sure I wasn't going the wrong way! Well done on the run and giving blood.
