    Nice easy morning run run from Boston Store south on the BT until I met some friends and escorted them to Pine Lane before I headed back to Boston Store

    Ran the Buckeye trail with friends and felt great on the way back pushed it to probably leaving my race on a training run. Felt great anyway. Race is a month away.
