      Race and learn. I was also figuring a cold front would move through, but I really warm up during a race so I ran in a singlet and shorts. that misty rain still felt good when it moved in. Good for you Glenda! an 8 minute improvement is just incredible!

    I missed my goal by a few minutes, but I'm thrilled to be running healthy again. I did struggle a little in the last 3 miles, just kept pushing through. It was a great morning to be running!
