The Quick 100
So I failed to wake up early this morning for my first Monday morning run of my "getting-back-into-shape" resolve, so during lunch today I didn't have much time AT ALL, but just to stick to the principle, I did this QUICK workout. (I barely started to break a sweat, but hey, at least it was SOMETHING!) Give me props people! =)
25 - knee pushups
25 - squats w/5lb dumbells
25 - crunches
25 - core leg lifts
________________
= 100 reps!

hahaha! oh NUH-UH MR (*sassy head & finger snap*), there ain't NO way I'm slipping into that mentality! haha. Ok story: I seriously had this huge fat gamer dude -(not judging just stating facts)- brag to me & Andrew that his wife begs him to get in shape & look better but his excuse to her is, "No- I don't have to, I'm married." OMGOSH my jaw dropped & I about fell over in my chair. I was from that point forward traumatized for life. Only over my dead body.
