    I almost didn't do this run, but my husband encouraged me and got me to finally go! So glad he pushed me to do it! It was freezing and I was tired. But it got done. Booya!

      I tried again myself and it's just shameful. I'm working on making my core stronger and this workout is killer on my legs, but luckily I've been doing cardio so it hasn't been debilitating yet.

      I had a good laugh on this one, but not at your expense. I've been in the same situation and at first I was furious for it not tracking but I could only laugh it off at the end. Better luck on tracking next time.

    Just powered through a killer NTC workout. It was under Get Lean Intermediate level. Way hard. no breaks in the workout but i took several. Phew!!

      I daydream about my post-run smoothie sometimes. I tend to keep the recipes simple as I am so busy, but I do use the Mix 1 protein shakes to thicken the smoothie. There are several flavors and most do have a lot of sugar in them, but two of the flavors have just 9 grams of sugar. I also use this mix I get from Whole Foods called Super Green Foods, which I swear by. And of course a combination of fresh and frozen fruits.

    I meant to run 2 miles but after mile 1 I stopped to get a drink and then someone took my treadmill in the gym! Bah. And the rest were occupied or out of order. Blah. I'll make it up tomorrow. :P
