Tried to run off my hangover yesterday morning, BEFORE I actually got one. Nope, didn't work. Good run though. Still have a hangover today. Thanks to Molson Canadian Hockey House here at the Vancouver Olympics. Ah, well, you win some, you lose some!

Felt great to run after a week of being sick. Ran by the beach and watched the sunrise. Well, okay it was cloudy. But still beautiful! Wasn't quite 100% myself, but I'll take it. Now off for a week of R&R in Mexico and I can do some shorter runs. Yay!
