Great class, love the new Keiser bikes MSC Fitness just got. Nice and smooth and had all the fancy gadgets I like so now I know how far I went, what m rpms were and what my gears were! Was also glad to have Lisa Major join me today, it's always nice to do some workouts with a buddy!

    Nice that is the first I have heard of that. The whole reason why I never went to spinning was because I didn't have any way to measure how hard I was pushing. Way to go you and Lisa!
