good Sunny Saturday 8.94 km 01:11 12:46 pace

Screwed by my ipod which told me I ran over 9k but when I mapped it out I was .07 short. Dang it!
Overall it was a pretty decent run. Headed down Kingston Rd which was great because it's pretty downhill. Figured that would help me with my pace time, LOL! Continued down into the beach and along the boardwalk. Stopped for a couple of minutes to take my coat off because as you Toronto runners have noticed spring has sprung early and I did not need my jacket! Carried on along the sunny boardwalk and even though my legs were not happy with me I was in a good mood. Worked my way back up to Queen St where I quickly realized that the east end of Queen St is really not that flat! Went east along Queen to Vic Park to the killer hill at the end of my run which for you more experienced runners is probably nothing! I won't lie to you that hill just about killed me, I could barely even walk it because my legs were yelling at me! But I made it and continued on home!
Pretty happy with this run.
