      Ginny, mixing up your running with some cross training like spinning will have a huge impact on your motivation. I LOVE spinning so, so much. And it takes the impact off your feet. Went to see a physiotherapist yesterday about my running injuries and she wants me spinning now too so we can trade spinning stories from heron in. You wouldn't believe the calorie burn from spinning too. When I was in the best shape of my life, I was spinning 3-4 times a week. :)

      Way to go Ginny. Clearly cycling is better than running! Glad you have have taken the plunge and given those feet a break. Remember it's about feeling good not winning races. Enjoy the tunes and keep it up!
