    Pretty decent run on the MGT. Getting on it and off it was tough with the slushy snow but it was nice and clear once we were on it. Nice to catch up with Linda again and run outside again!

    Was hoping for 10 but when I hit 8 I was done. It's very easy to quit a run when running with an injury. I am constantly asking myself why and very afraid of making things worse.

    Fantastic run home. Very enjoyable I would even say! Slightly over dressed so I took the jacket off for a bit but once the sun went down I was happy to have it and put it back on.
