    It was so steamy out there and i was tired. Definitely up there in the top 5 worst training runs. A tough mental run for sure.

    Headed out to the hills and tried some new ones tonight. I thought I could beat the rain but when I was at the top of the 6th one it started to come down so I called it a day and headed home.
