      53 sounds lovely. Nice running. Heat waves in Oregon were tough when I lived there as none of my houses had central air.

    Speed walking. It's warming up fast. It was 50 when I started and 68 an hour later, bright sunshine. We are headed for some seriously high temps the next 3 days. Oh joy.
