    It was a bit of a challenge today, but I enjoyed the run. It's hard to start back at the beginning.

    I wanted to speed up, but didn't want to ruin the moment. Really nice trail run. There were fallen branches everywhere - which added to the workout.

    It was hard with water and slush and deep slush...I think I got a pretty good work out!

    First run back in 2 weeks after pulling my chest muscle. It was really slippery, but my Yak Tracks helped! Had a blast!

    I couldn't resist the sunshine and had a great run in the bush! The trail was a crisp hard surface - much easier to run on.

    I'm trying to get my time better on the TM, so I walked a 1 Km warm-up and ran a much better time! I'm really happy with myself!!! Yay! I reached my goal!!! 400Km!

    good TM hilly run...and wishing I ... 4.01 km 00:32 12:51 pace

    I really wished I could of gone outside today...much too rutty on the trail. I ran tough inclines for a half hour and walked a half hour. I can't wait to run my long runs again.
