I wanted to speed up, but didn't want to ruin the moment. Really nice trail run. There were fallen branches everywhere - which added to the workout.

First run back in 2 weeks after pulling my chest muscle. It was really slippery, but my Yak Tracks helped! Had a blast!

I'm trying to get my time better on the TM, so I walked a 1 Km warm-up and ran a much better time! I'm really happy with myself!!! Yay! I reached my goal!!! 400Km!

I really wished I could of gone outside today...much too rutty on the trail. I ran tough inclines for a half hour and walked a half hour. I can't wait to run my long runs again.
