Weights for lunch. Right foot a little sore after last week's minimalist outings. Left sciatica getting kind of old....I may just take a week or two off running to sort these things out... Better have my wife hide my shoes so I don't try anything stupid!

I asked my wife this morning to keep me from running. I ran anyway. Now that I think of it, I don't have any shoes to hide. Sorry about the sciatica. Seen a physio?

Bleh.....do you believe in Chiropratic care?? I had sciatica a few years back and I finally went to a Chiropractor after suffering with it for months....that and waking up one morning and not being able to get out of bed. I hope you get some resolution. And the foot best notnbe acting up ;)

Its no fun but sometimes we need a week off to look at what going on with the body or to just give it a break (look at the shit we put it though....really!) Good workout Gill!

Thanks for the support everyone! Actually, I am a PT so I've been self-treating. Things are gradually improving, but when I push the running the sciatica flares a little. Hopefully with some ongoing stretching, core work, postural exercises, self-manipulation (not what you're thinking) and good old patience I can beat this! And if my shoes are hidden, I'll just go naked!
