3 repeats on the trail nearest to work. Near 80 degrees today but just enough wind to make it bearable for a lunch run.

@ Teri, I thought I got everything out pre-run...there's a lot in there! @ Steve, I've been vegan since Sept, but I guess I overdid the beans and fiber! Might have to switch to rice milk. @ James, I had some motivation to get this one done quickly :)
