      Good job today. How many days off from running are taking before race day? May I suggest two or three to rest those legs? Your fitness level is there. Maybe your legs aren't getting recovery time. Also maybe not just running but refrain from anything that will tax your legs leading up to those last days before the race. Good luck!

      Yes I took yesterday off and taking thurs and Friday for sure! Just a couple easy runs tomorrow and Saturday to shake out before Sunday. Fingers crossed that does it.
