Power class. Lots of short fast runs and rows and explosive movements on the floor.
Nice day until the wind. Oof turned a few corners and was slammed - easy paced

200m benchmark row during class today - 4 tries, was stuck at 34 seconds after a slow 36.2 for the first.
Legs felt fine off the bike. Solid progression. Also, shorts weather!
