great NY Fliers 3 Bridges Run 20.4 mi 03:00 08:49 pace

Phenomenal long run. The best of the season thus far. My legs felt light, my head was clear and there was a smile on my face.

The NY Fliers organized a great great run complete with pacers and water stops. We started at the Jackrabbit store on E85th and headed west to the WSH. Went downtown to the Brooklyn Bridge and crossed into Brooklyn. Continued through Brooklyn, over Pulaski Bridge, over the Queensboro and back into Manhattan. We finished the run on the East drive of Central Park, up Cat Hill and back to the store.
