    Did a nice easy warm up on the bike at level 10. Did 30's with 10 and 12 pd weights 6 sets ... Ouch! Also did dumbbell shoulder press and seated shrugs. Another core crunching day in the Ab room.

    Tired and sluggish yet my best split was 6:30! My overall pace was 8:05 per mile. Glad I got this tough run in this week!
