      just came off a respiratory/cough scare that put me out of action for 5 days. honey+ginger is natural and works wonders for me. but admittedly also did ayurvedic formulations, salt/haldi warm water gargles (for sore throat) plus the usual brandy shots. all gone now. i agree, natural is best.

    6 mile tempo- air quality was very bad in the vicinity due to burning. Couldn't get my rythmn due to the erratic breathing. Will try another tempo interval tomorrow. Cool down wi some strides.
