wet and wild wednesday evening training with the group.. fun fartlek pyramid training..despite the rain.. all attending enjoyed themselves..a first for me to start a training in the rain..but after a 2 day rest needed to get out and get going again... feeling great again.. Have a super evening all..


Rain is one of those funny things, it's never as bad as you think to go run in.... that is... except in winter! Well done Ger
