    after a longish warmup we did a 20 x 1minute max speed interval combined with a 20x 1 min rest period. Ready for a warm shower and a fine wine now..

      Wow, fantastic, well done! what were the temperatures like? Was it a nice course? I have this lovely image of all the runners trying to stream through the souk, and having to stop and bargain with people ;) Not to mention, getting lost!

      thank you all for your kind words.. Marrakech was and is fantastic.. I will recommend you to go and visit this cultural city.. temp was fine for running in the morning +13C warming up to + 19C the market was fine and we could get lost there.. in all wonderful
