A redo of Wednesday's run, just an easy 3 to get the blood flowing. Noticed less tenderness on the right knee, tis a good thing. I think I am suffering from post half blues. Everything right now is so blah.. I have attained the goals I had set out to do, it took me about 6 months to get here and now that it is complete, I am wandering aimlessly. I need to get a new goal and fast. There is no achievement without goals - Robert J. McKaine
