      Nice 4 miler Rico! some of the old routes the best. Can't wait to go home next week. Plan to run on an old country road that I used to run on in high school, many moons ago. :)

      Thanks for your concern ladies - My daughter gave a good reason why not to run today. She wants me to take her shopping, then a movie. I always enjoy my time with my kids, but it always cost me money :( oh well they are worth it. So I will do a few miles tomorrow morning, my knee felt fine today, one more will give it just that much more recovery time..
