Set another PR for 5 miles... by 36 seconds. I think that time may stand for a bit, as I've come to the realization I have to run LONG periods FASTER than 6.5 in order to do so. My first run interval was 30 min @ 6.5 (3.23 miles!).. This makes me particularly happy, as I am remembering that just 4 months ago, I could barely run 2.5 minutes at a 6.0 (a quarter mile) before having to slow down and feeling like I was going to die. That's quite a difference in just a few months.
