      No!! Don't wear them tomorrow. That is a good way to get injured. You need to wear those very very gradually. Like half a mile to start with, and then work up from there. :)

    injured neighborhood run 4 mi

    2 mile run out and 2 mile run back. ankle was a little wonky and body didn't remember what running was. will try again tomorrow with different sneakers and see if that helps

      Oh goodness. We had the same problem today! I had to stop with one mile to go ad massage my calves to make it home. Feel better and rest up!
