    fabulous run! was very careful about footing and still nervous because foot still hurts if moved weird or side to side! but went the small loop and got in two hills

    started with ankle brace but is thick so it was so uncomfortable. at around 3 miles started to feel the ankle but it was more like tenderness...
    I truly feel so out of shape

    I have no idea how long it took but the first few hundred were hard as I was kicking myself not not swimming while marathon training but it shall get easier, it always does!!!
