that rune in was terrible! We walked about a mile because I thought I was dying! Stomach and back hurt, legs were tight! But I finished with great company of Teresa!

injured neighborhood run 4 mi
2 mile run out and 2 mile run back. ankle was a little wonky and body didn't remember what running was. will try again tomorrow with different sneakers and see if that helps
