    no idea how long just kept it an a nice 13 mm because I walked the last 2 with IT band issues and stomach started cramping st 5.5

    wasn't a bad run, it was hard. quads felt very tight or sore.. I figured I'll give myself a few weeks for my body to adjective to work and standing all day...

    almost skipped it and it felt so nice and easy, nice negative split on sore legs.

    didn't have to walk or take water it was beautiful!

    made it out of bed when I saw it was 73 degrees!

    not sure how well tempo miles will go in the morning because I am more concerned with not falling and not getting abducted in the scary dark so for now we try a little faster but all for distance.

    so humid breathing was difficult. pretty even splits the whole way except mile 5 and last mile in which I took a walk break- not sure why 5 was slow.. maybe more hills?
