      yeah slowly progressin ;) no problems so far. Got a running eval by a physio who recommended it. We're yours fully minimalist or a bit more minimalist than the average shoe?

      I think mine are just really low. Now I have another that are also minimal but with a bit more .....I still worry. All was fine with the other ones but then very suddenly my right foot had sharp pains all through the ankle and the bones on the top - I've NEVER had pain running so it kind of turned me off them :)

    A nice barefoot run. I think its makes me go faster shockingly even though I was on the beach.

    Although my bike here doesn't go as fast as a race bike its almost like its better because more resistance!

    great Swimming in the reservoir 1500 m

    Had a nice swim in the reservoir. Terrific triathlon-like conditions: murky water that you can't see anything through and dodging children :P
