    Gorgeous morning for a ride! Still rehabbing the knee; it continues to feel better which is encouraging. Continuing to push things by upping the speed. Maybe hills tomorrow?

    Still on the bike and still easing my way back into it. Hills were not well received on the knee, so back to flat. Went well, so I'm still hopeful.

    This time with hills. Knee was sore, which was expected as I nurse myself back to health. But on the whole it felt good. I did realize how out of shape I've become; time to fix that!
