    Took an EZ (HOT) lunch run and concentrated on form. Went to a running clinic yesterday and put into practive some tips from yesterday to become more efficient!

    Played a 5-a-side barefoot football match on a tight pitch. Lots of speedwork and Garmin says it was just over 2 miles! Fun times!

    So I was cursing Hal for putting an 8 miler mid week and the weather for downpours when a beautiful rainbow showed up. Made me do the entire 8. Feeling accomplished getting this in before breakfast!
