    Last 20 miler in this training schedule. 42f felt a little cold. Enjoyed downtown and the Oak Leaf trail. Time for some new VFFs, all my pairs are now worn so thin, even have several holes.

      Great 20 Gavin! Now I see what you meant about recovery run when you commented on my last run. For some reason, DM didn't send me an email that you'd commented so I didn't see it until now. If it's any consolation, I ran 10 today so I could see if I could hang with you on a little more distance!
