Goal was 8 miles at 7:10. I ran the first mile as a warm-up because my legs were really stiff from Hills Tuesday, Speed Wednesday, and Softball Wednesday. That warm-up mile was my 2000th since joining Dailymile. 7:54/ 7:14/ 7:13/ 7:07/ 7:05/ 7:06/ 7:15/ 7:05. Real warm and humid out there.
