went up the hill (3 miles) in 44 minutes, came back down (2miles) in 20 minutes.......2-10 minute miles!! I knew I felt like I did in the old days:) Last mile was a killer. Direct up above sunshine and 87o. Got a late start and it was noon before I left. I was getting really shaky on the last mile. Took the main road in case my blood sugar dropped too far. I still have to get a new pair of running shoes. My NB's were hurting my toes the last mile and half. Still putting that on hold because I just got a new pair of walking shoes:) Soon, someday, maybe I will!

Thank you Alfred and Jimmie!! I have to give credit to the hill:) Going down is getting better, but I don't have the strength or endurance to run that on a flat surface. But I did feel pretty good about it. Felt good to train the way I used to, even if it was for 2 miles! lol!
