    The first two miles I could tell I had run a marathon on Sunday. :) Got easier the second half, though! Fun visit with everyone after.

      Great job! And seriously: the soy sauce packets work big time. I shot those with my Gu - not as nasty as you would think - and felt strong for miles 17-20 of my last 20 miler.

      Sorry about the cramps Gail. But don't worry about the 23, it's not necessary. Probably would take to long to recover from it. Do you know you can buy pickle juice at Academy? I drink it before a long and thinks that it helps out alot. Nice 18 and what a man B is.

      I second Don's suggestion. I started taking them after Gulf Coast. I think they really help on a long and/or hot run. VS has them. Hope you are feeling better!
