    The worst weather conditions I've ever run in -- raining and cold -- but I ran with my BRB Lisa and had a great time! We earned that bling!

    much better run tonight. i know it was a short run, but i feel a little redeemed for saturday's hot mess. :)

    Cold but a great run! It's the first run in the "real" cold, so I have to relearn the runny nose, layers, cold ears, etc!

    So cold and rainy tonight -- ran 3 miles on the treadmill, then did some arm and core stuff. Felt good to run, even inside!

    couldn't run goldenfliers, so we ran from the house to the lakes and back. still 71 and humid, but it was a pretty good run. :)

    warmup to Goodwood park, then alternating 110 striders and 110 easy. only did two loops, but ran our hearts out! cooldown back to whole foods.

    Warmup to Goodwood Park, then 4 x 1/2 with a 4:30 goal. Splits were 4:07, 4:12, 4:05, 3:54. Woot! Cooldown back to the house.
