    I call this the birds nest. It was installed next to my running path. At night a florescent lamp lights it up and it reflects the light and turns a purple color.

    Ran around the White House,
    and touched Washington monument and through the WW2 memorial. Also through a few parks I can't name.

    Woke up a little sore due to my weight traing workouts I have been doing at night. I have not posted them yet. This walk was with my dog to the corner store and scored free cup of coffee.

    Bought this new digital scale and if it keeps showing bad numbers it will become a new frisbee. Run was ok my legs are trying to comeback but will take many more miles.

      put the fear of gawd into that scale. toss a frisbee around where it can see you, so it gets the idea.
