    Week 3 mid-week run. Started pretty speedy but dropped off pace a fair bit. Temperature was really nice, but it was really windy, especially heading back up the bridge at the end.

    I'm baaaack! Week one of training for the Vancouver Marathon and we replaced the short run with a cool snowshoe to Chester Lake in Kananskis. Great conditions to be outside in the mountains.

      Great job, brother! You are a beast...2 marathons in a month!! It sounds like you had a great visit to NZ, and you topped it off with a great effort on the run. I am chasing the elusive under 4 hour marathon as well, I am cautiously optimistic. But in reality I will be happy with anything under 4:15. Again, great job!

      Iceland would be amazing! I do recommend Amsterdam in October- the weather is usually pretty good (cool), the course is fast and it's incredibly well organized. Plus there's free massage at the end!

    Last long run before the Auckland Marathon. Went along Lake Wakatipu from Queenstown towards Frankton and back to the hostel before most of the tour group was out of bed.
