  4. Back to Business this week. Last week was pretty much a wash with lousy weather and a lousy cold.

    Feeling stronger everyday. Was up to 120 situps on floor, but now that I'm using the exercise ball, I'm having to build up to that 120. Only at 75 per day.

  7. Inside today. Treadclimber with Shape Ups again - did a fast mile.
    Starting to see some results from the sit ups with the ball.

    Took the baby in the jogging stroller, so adding a level of difficulty.
    Glutes hung in there.
    Sit ups with the exercise ball kick it! Now I feel like the abs are getting worked.

    Wore Shape Ups and walked with hubby (also in Shape ups). Hills kick butt!

      I LOVE it and it is the MOST intense work out possible. Look it up on you-tube. The BEST work out in the shortest amount of time with the fastest results. It is very intense and I can't do it untill after the 7-mile bridge run because it makes me too tired to run. You will see results in just two weeks!!!!

  11. 1.75 miles on Valentines Day. It was a cool, clear morning. Perfect for a brisk walk wearing Shape Up shoes.

    Poor weather so today was a treadclimber day at 3 mph with shape up shoes. Coupled it with work out on the rebounder and 120 sit ups.

  14. Superbowl weekend and Valentines party today.... You know what that means - crank it up next week. Hope the weather will cooperate!

    Leashed up my terrier and put on my Skecher Shape Ups. Definitely a more
    intense work out with these shoes on. Hip, back and abs are feeling it, but it's okay.
