心情又不太好,慢跑尋求解壓。這週跑富邦,沒有強度只有輕鬆跑。
心跳帶戴了結果忘記連線就跑了,下雨天跑外圍前3K衛星必定偏掉......
但很神奇的是距離也沒有差很多。周四再跑一次就是富邦啦
