Not a big fan of cycling but my wife spent $65 on tuning up my bike and so I took the hint and we did an hour + ride this afternoon on a normal running route of mine. I wouldn't call it cardio as I went too slow but I suppose it warmed up the legs. And I didn't crash, that was my number one goal. AVG HR 107 which wasn't enough to break a sweat but I had great company.

Um, if you didn't sweat being outside for an hour today....you need to go see a doctor! :)

Ha! Great that she tuned up the bike! Nice ride even if you didn't break a sweat - which in this heat is saying something! Good job on not crashing too!

It's great to keep your goals in perspective, Glenn! I'm glad you didn't crash. I don't really like cycling either and my husband is an avid cyclist. Back before we had our first child, we were planning a long bike tour in Canada. I was happy to do it, but nervous. About that time, we found out we were expecting our first and the bike trip never happened. I suppose someday I'm going to have to ante up and do that ride.
