Warmup then 1 mile in zone 1 and 3 in zone 2 (65% AVG HR 145) to get me going for a very long work day. Lots of heavy lifting, hope I don't get too sore for tomorrow night's race (DUB C 4 miler). I'll use the day as one big strength workout. Stretch later this evening if I make it home in one piece. Enjoy the day!
