    I am congested! I can't breath! My body hurts from lifting! Why did I even get outta bed?

      Wes, my hubby, just started running last week. He is at 2 miles in 22 min. He's kicking my butt! :~( I guess for some ppl it just comes more natural. :~)

    I ran on the treadmill then had a 30 min lifting session with Wes. Man I am hurting. Am I ever going to be able to get my stamina and speed up? :~/ The lifting I WILL feel tomorrow.

    I'm not a pro but it was a pretty good start....It was HOT. Why did I choose a route with NO shade? Will def have to get up earlier.
