    Started my workout with some rowing to get my heart rate up. Love how quickly I can get my heart rate up without impact on my joints or aggravating my plantar fasciitis

      Oh no! Foot problems love to plague me and they can be so debilitating. Take it easy. I also find stretching out my calves helps me. :)
