    Gym workout; more 15% grade hill work. Did a couple of quarters to see if my legs can run fast. Took real effort to run at my marathon PR pace, and I couldn't even touch my half marathon. *sigh*

    Hit the spin bike after the walk. I need to figure out how I can hit some trails before work; but a big reason to go to the gym in the morning is to avoid rush hour traffic.

    2 minute warm up, slowly increased incline to 15%, 3 minute cool down. Easy to do when still 90% asleep :)
