Beautiful day to be out! Legs are kinda torn up from yesterday. I'm hoping that a nice, easy spin will help keep things moving.

Gym workout; more 15% grade hill work. Did a couple of quarters to see if my legs can run fast. Took real effort to run at my marathon PR pace, and I couldn't even touch my half marathon. *sigh*

2 minute warm up, slowly increased incline to 15%, 3 minute cool down. Easy to do when still 90% asleep :)
