First run in over 3 weeks. Start of training push to the WDW 1/2.

Considering my lack of running (or at least consistancy), I'm really pleased with this run. I am going with 4 runs/week with the Wednesday run being the one where I can really push myself. I dug in during the second mile to post a sub-16 mile. Not blazing by any measure but it is my first sub-16 mile since September of 2010 while training for the Wine & Dine 1/2. It's moments like these that build my confidence that I can do this and I can do more than what my mind sometimes says I can.
