good P90X - Week 1 Day 3 - Shoulders & Arms

First P90X workout in over two years. Due to scheduling, picked up on day 3. Took it pretty easy and went for less weight and more reps. Will flip that in the next few weeks to up the weight for fewer reps. Doing the P90X Classic plan.
