Back at it...first run in over 3 months. Easy couple miles just to reintroduce my legs to running. Did some weeding last night with lots of squats and bending so legs were shaky at best. Only issue during run was some tiredness around my hips. Did not linger, so I'm not worried about, just muscle soreness.
