  1. RUN
blah Long run 20 km 01:47 08:38 pace

First long run since Stockholm Marathon. This one was tough from the very first step. Wanted to stop after 15 km, but I convinced myself to continue for at least another 5 km.

  2. RUN
good Trail run 16.31 km 01:32 09:04 pace

Felt great to get out for a run in the woods.

  3. RUN
good Short tempo runs and running ... 5.12 km 00:23 07:17 pace

  4. RUN
    good Offroad 12.03 km 01:29 11:56 pace

My tired legs took me into the forest – not only are they post-marathon tired, Thursday's form shaping exercises gave me soared thighs as well. 12 km was about what they could do today :)

  5. RUN
good Technique drills and commute 4.89 km 00:25 08:16 pace

The health care team at the office arranged a technique drills session today. After this hour of exercises, I tried run commuting back home from work for the first time. (I live too close to the of... read more

  6. RUN
good Short trail run 8.64 km 00:45 08:25 pace

Got out on a short trail run. Legs were still a little stiff from the marathon, but it didn't bother me much. It would have been a longer run if I had more time :)

  7. RUN
good ASICS Stockholm Marathon 2012 42.2 km 03:45 08:35 pace

Tough weather today. Rain, strong winds and 5C/41F. I ran the first half really fast – I think my watch showed 1:41 something. But when I began to feel tired, I was drained on energy really fast – ... read more

Got out on an early morning jog today. My legs were stiff – it was no more than 8 hours after yesterday's intervals. I hadn't been eating any carbs for the last 24 hours, so I didn't... read more

great Back on track 5.89 km 00:28 07:40 pace

Take some rest, Fredrik! Your training has pretty much got you where your at now anyhow, do what you can but don't risk further injury. Nice job though today.

Thanks guys! It's not as bad as last time I got lumbago, so I think there's a good chance that I'll be able to run again in a few days.

    Cool-down jog.

Glad to hear the foot is improving, niggly injuries can be very frustrating. That's avery solid long run. I assume you are planning to run Stockholm again this year?
