Wanted to do a long loop back home, but within 4mi I was not feeling it. Just didn't have the juice, or anything in me, despite how hard I tried, therefore my speed kept decreasing to my lowest average of 12mph. I think it's a combo of lack of sleep + yesterdays hard ride, so I didn't force myself and came back home. Finally cleaned my bike as my chain matched the matte black frame, yuck!
Max: 25.7mph (oddly enough, towards the end I had a burst of energy..short lived)


Hey, you still pedalled through it and got 18 more miles than if you were on the couch! I'm cleaning my bike tomorrow, my chain sounds like it is chewing rocks. Mud and sand make a sad bike.

Thank you, Dan & Sara!! I had to ride at least 10.5mi just to get home lol but I did consider taking the bus as I had nothing left of me to give. After I arrived home, my weakness progressed, and I think I was dehydrated. Better and ready now! :)
