      Thank you, everyone! Needless to say, my shirt was almost fully covered in sweat. I drank way more water than usual during and after the ride, understandably so. I keep a golf towel to wipe the sweat from my face, and to protect my bike frame. I just get a little annoyed having to wipe my face to often, otherwise it's all good. :)

      Thank you both! Diane: We had a blast at the museum and playing at home all day! I may or may not be pooped out. Ken: trying to get back in shape for a 13.1, and to break my longest cycling distance at one time (110.2 miles). Goals! 😊

    Jog 2 mins, walk 3 mins. Strongest jog/walk so far, never felt weak, and I think this was my unintentionally fastest 5k of the season. Woo hoo!

      I think it depends on the activity, and if it's in/outdoors.While I'm on a bicycle trainer, it's primarily about time. I tend to get off the bike, remove my cleats, then look at the mile. While I'm out on the road, it's about distance. When I ran a marathon a few years back, I had no structure, but I think I focused on the distance. Sometimes, I would push myself in the last 1-2 miles to fall within a certain time. If that makes any sense hahahah.
