    VERY VERY tough run. That hill KILLED me today. I kept pushing though and finished at a good time! Once finished I felt better but the first half? BLAH!

    A bit rough today in the rain but Britain ran more than half the way off leash and did a great job staying close by! GOOD BOY!

      Ran this loop x3 with 3 diff doggies! Boom Boom started me out first, Britain helped me keep up the pace second, and Tobers FORCED me to finish running my last mile under 8 minutes. GOOD BOYS! :)

    Great way to end the month. I ran a little over 31 miles in January! Well on my way to run 366 miles this year!

      NICELY DONE! I got 21 miles, and I didn't even start til the 14th I think. Gonna try for at least 40 in February methinks!

      That's awesome Sunny Loo! I added daily mile about the 15th of Jan and I had ran prolly 7-8 miles before this started counting. However I am really only counting the logged miles. I had close to your goal if I add the ones I ran b4.. I am gonna ease up on the miles this month and focus more on the gym.

      I could have ran for a lot more too but I was on a time crunch to deliver a car to a client an hour away. It was SPECTACULAR!
