    Time is not all running - mixed in some sprints, pushups, etc.

    Great regimen today - we did dynamic warmups, then 4 200-yard sprint intervals, followed by tabata sprint intervals.

      Hey Joe,
      Yeah, I don't have a Nike thing though, so I haven't really been posting to this site - been using a Garmin Forerunner instead.
