The run went well! It felt like old time when I use to run 5 mile 2 times a day. Right now I'm happy with once a day.. LOL I plan to work up to my old level and pass it. All in all I fell great just a little sore in the legs but I'll manage. DeVonna did a wonderful job with a 4 mile run. It looks like she's enjoying this whole journey. So am I.... IM FOCUS MAAAAAAAAN!
