      Thank you guys! Jenny, I'm sure I saw you post a 24 min park run on Sat? You're not that far off! I used to be a lot slower - my first HM3 years ago was 1:44:56, since then I have just put a lot of hard work in to bring it down, the best thing I've done is running twice a day give it a try!! And loads of hill and trail running is great for strengthening you for easier road runs!!
