    Today I did 15 min. warmup on the elliptical and 21 minute 5 x 5 weight workout. Next two days are crammed. Hope to get something in tomorrow morning.

      Thanks Bob. Same here. I've been getting in 2-3 workouts a week but things have been very busy. June 2013 I may retire. At least I'll be eligible. We'll see.+

      Wow, Frank. 20 min. of fartlek, especially at the time intervals you did this at, is a great workout. Plus I see you got 20 more minutes on the elliptical to go with the fartlek. Then you topped all that off with some good core work. Really a good job!
